為了讓活動順利進行，我們已將活動時間、報到方式、比賽規定、餐飲領取及注意事項整理在群組記事本中。

✅ 5:00–6:00 PM｜報到及晚餐

✅ 6:00 PM｜團體羽球比賽開始

✅ 報到入口｜請由 Party Room 後門進入，勿走Synergy球館正門

✅ 比賽球員｜請自備 2 顆新羽球（建議比賽級）

✅ 所有上場打球者｜須完成 Waiver，並穿著 Non-marking shoes

📢 2026 Double Ten Badminton Gathering｜Tomorrow’s Event Reminder 🏸

🎉 Our long-awaited Double Ten Badminton Gathering is happening tomorrow!

To help everything run smoothly, we’ve posted the event schedule, check-in instructions, tournament rules, food and drink pickup details, and important reminders in the LINE group Notes.

📌 Please make sure to read the full event details in the group Notes before attending!

⏰ Important Reminders:

✅ 5:00–6:00 PM｜Check-in & Dinner

✅ 6:00 PM｜Team Badminton Tournament Begins

✅ Check-in Entrance｜Please enter through the back door of the Party Room, NOT Synergy’s main entrance.

✅ Tournament Players｜Please bring 2 new shuttlecocks per player (competition-grade recommended). 

✅ All Players (Adults & Kids)｜Must complete a Liability Waiver and wear non-marking court shoes.

📋 Parking instructions and the Liability Waiver form will be shared separately. Please keep an eye on the group messages for updates.

🏆 Feel free to wear Taiwan-themed clothing or accessories and join the fun for a chance to win the “Best Taiwan-Themed Team Award”!

一、 隊伍與賽制架構 參賽隊伍： 採單循環賽制

※隊伍人數： 由大會協助組隊，  每隊 6 人，全員出賽不兼點。 

※比賽點數： 每場團體賽採 3 點雙打（第 1 雙打、第 2 雙打、第 3 雙打）。

※局數與計分： 每點採 單局 21 分新制（落地得分），20 平不加分（先得21 分者獲勝）。 

※打滿原則： 為求得失分與得失點之客觀性，每場團體賽 3 點必須全部打完 

二、 團體勝負與積分計算方式:

※每場團體賽打滿 3 點，依雙方獲勝點數決定該場勝負與獲得之「大分（積分）」： 團體勝方 獲得 2 分 積分。 團體敗方 獲得 0 分 積分。  

※棄權：若隊伍棄賽，該場記 0:3 敗，獲得 0 分積分，且對手以 3:0 勝計算。

三、 排名判定與同分裁決順序 賽事結束後，依各隊累積之總積分多寡判定名次，高者在前。若遇到兩隊或多隊積分相同，依下列順序依序判定：兩隊積分相同時： 直接比較該兩隊之對戰勝負關係，勝者名次列前。 

四、 出賽與換人規範 出賽名單填報： 

※各隊隊長須於每輪比賽開打前 10 分鐘提交「3 點出賽名單」（列出第 1雙打、第 2 雙打、第 3 雙打之球員姓名）。 

※名單確認： 名單一經提交不得更改。若選手未於開賽後 5 分鐘內到場，該點判定為棄權（比分計為 0:21）。 

※傷退處理： 比賽進行中若選手受傷無法繼續，該點對手直接獲勝，當下比分保留，未完成之分數全數計入對手得分（例：打到 12:8 受傷退賽，比分記為 12:21）。

🏆 Tournament Structure and Rules

I. Team & Match System Structure

• Tournament Format: Single round-robin.

• Team Size: The organizer will assist with forming teams. Each team consists of 6 players. All members will play, and no player can play in multiple spots. 

• Match Spots: Each team match consists of 3 doubles spots (1st Doubles, 2nd Doubles, and 3rd Doubles). 

• Games & Scoring: Each spot plays a single game to 21 points using the rally scoring system. There is no deuce at 20-all (the first to reach 21 points wins). 

• Play-to-the-End Rule: To ensure fairness in calculating total points won/lost, all 3 doubles spots in a team match must be fully played out.

II. Team Match Outcomes & Score Calculation

• Every team match plays all 3 spots. The overall match winner and "Big Points (standing points)" are determined by the number of spots won:

  • Winning Team: Receives 2 standing points.

  • Losing Team: Receives 0 standing points. 

• Forfeits: If a team forfeits a match, the match is recorded as a 0:3 loss (0 standing points), and the opponent is awarded a 3:0 victory. 

III. Rankings and Tie-Breakers

• Rankings are determined by the cumulative total standing points at the end of the tournament, ordered from highest to lowest.

• If two or more teams have the exact same standing points, the tie-breaker is decided as follows:

  • Two-team tie: The head-to-head match result between the two tied teams directly determines the higher rank (the winner of their head-to-head match places ahead).

IV. Lineup Submission & Substitution Rules

• Lineup Submission: Team captains must submit their "3-spot match lineup" (listing player names for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Doubles) 10 minutes before the start of each round. 

• Lineup Confirmation: Once submitted, the lineup cannot be changed. If a player fails to appear on the court within 5 minutes of the match start time, that spot is considered a forfeit (the score will be recorded as 0:21). 

• Injuries: If a player gets injured during a game and cannot continue, the opposing pair wins the spot immediately. The score at the time of the injury is preserved, and all remaining unplayed points are awarded to the opponent (e.g., if a player retires due to injury at 12:8, the official final score will be recorded as 12:21).
